Working as a flex worker

 

In recent weeks, a number of office colleagues spent a day working with us as flex workers at various clients. An initiative from Home of People to understand our temps in a different way, experience the work and connect with each other. Thus, we spent days within food production, logistics and at a plant distribution centre. Our colleagues took home valuable insights and were once again admired by the work of our flex workers. “It was great fun and good to experience the work processes at such close quarters” – said one of our colleagues.
